• A binding contract arises only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing.
• Prices, availability, lead times, and specifications are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only in a written quotation.

3. Government schemes and subsidies

Where we reference PM Surya Ghar or any other central or state scheme, eligibility, subsidy amounts, and approval timelines are determined solely by the relevant government body or DISCOM. We assist with applications; we do not control or guarantee outcomes, amounts, or disbursement timelines.

4. Performance figures

Generation estimates, water output figures, savings projections, payback periods, and case study results depend on site conditions, water quality, irradiance, usage patterns, and maintenance. Figures shown are indicative and are not a warranty of performance. Site-specific figures will be provided in your quotation.

5. Warranties

Products supplied by us carry the warranty of the respective manufacturer, on that manufacturer’s terms. Our installation and workmanship warranty, where applicable, is stated in your quotation or contract. Warranties may be void where equipment is modified, misused, serviced by third parties, or operated outside its specified conditions.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s details in an enquiry
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
• Introduce malware, scrape the site at scale, or use automated tools to overload it
